Day 1
Dubai, The Waking Dream
Touch down at Dubai International Airport (DXB), where your driver escorts you to your luxury hotel. Ascend the iconic Burj Khalifa to its high-altitude observation deck for panoramic views of the city, coastline, and surrounding desert. Continue to the Dubai Mall to view the expansive Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo. Transfer to Dubai Marina to board a private traditional dhow, enjoying dinner while sailing past illuminated modern skyscrapers.
Day 2
Pause and Migration to the Capital
Spend a relaxed morning taking in Dubai's coastal sights or resting at your hotel. In the afternoon, your chauffeur transfers you south along the Gulf coast toward the capital of the Emirates. Check into your luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi and settle in for an evening of coastal leisure.
Day 3
Architecture of Light
Begin the day at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, admiring its white marble domes, reflective pools, and intricate floral mosaics. Continue to Saadiyat Island to explore the Louvre Abu Dhabi, experiencing the dappled "rain of light" created by Jean Nouvel’s floating dome. The Eternal Oasis of Al Ain
Depart the coast for the UNESCO-listed inland city of Al Ain. Walk beneath date palms inside the ancient Al Ain Oasis, observing the historic falaj underground irrigation channels. Drive up the winding roads of Jebel Hafeet for panoramic views over the desert borderlands, stopping to relax by the hot springs of Green Mubazzara. Visit the Al Ain Zoo & Safari, taking in the Desert Learning Centre and live falconry demonstrations.
Day 5
Border Crossing, Canyon Hike & Mountain Villages
Cross the border into the Sultanate of Oman, changing scenery as you ascend into the Hajar Mountain range. Reach Jebel Shams, known as the "Grand Canyon of Arabia," and take an exhilarating hike along the iconic Balcony Walk over deep gorge cliffs. Explore the ancient stone and mud-brick villages of Bayt al Safah and Misfat al Abriyeen, observing terraced mountain farming before checking into your resort on Jebel Akhdar.
Day 6
Nizwa and the Roses of the Green Mountain
Descend to the historic city of Nizwa to explore the massive circular tower of Nizwa Fort and browse through the vibrant Nizwa Souk for silver crafts, daggers, and spices. Return to Jebel Akhdar for a specialized 4x4 guided tour across high-altitude cliffside villages, inspecting ancient stone irrigation systems and terraced rose orchards.
Day 7
Muscat, Between Souk and Opera
Drive down from the mountains to the coastal capital of Muscat. Day 11
Last Souvenirs and Departure
Enjoy a final desert sunrise and breakfast at your camp before your driver transfers you back to Muscat. Spend your remaining hours selecting frankincense, silver, and traditional Omani crafts in the capital. Transfer directly to Muscat International Airport (MCT) for your onward flight, carrying memories of high towers, deep canyons, and golden dunes.
