Day 1
Immersion in the Magic of Siwa
Upon arrival in Cairo, transfer seamlessly to your private connection toward the western coast and desert roads. Arrive at your secluded eco-lodge, offering your first stunning view of the date palms and golden sands. Begin your immersion by exploring the historic Temple of the Oracle, where Alexander the Great once sought answers, followed by a refreshing swim in the natural stone basin of Cleopatra's Spring.
Day 2
Treasures of the Oasis & Salt Lakes
Dedicate the day to exploring Siwa's cultural core and unique landscapes. Wander through the maze-like mud-brick alleys of the 13th-century Shali Fortress, gain insight into local customs at the Siwa House Museum, and venture out to swim in the hyper-saline salt pools. As late afternoon approaches, travel to Fatnas Island or Dakrour Mountain to watch a magnificent sunset over the lake and palms.
Day 3
Safari into the White Desert
Leave the main oasis behind as your private 4x4 fleet heads deep into the surreal White Desert National Park. Marvel at the blinding white chalk formations, mushroom rocks, and pristine wind-sculpted sand dunes that look like a frozen winter landscape in the heat. As night falls, your team sets up a private, comfortable mobile encampment where you can dine and stargaze around a campfire.
Day 4
Black Desert & Bahariya Hot Springs
Wake to sunrise over the white limestone peaks before driving toward the contrasting landscapes of the Black Desert, formed by ancient volcanic eruptions. Stop at Crystal Mountain to examine natural quartz formations, then continue toward the Bahariya Oasis. Farafra Oasis & Desert Springs
Continue your route toward Farafra Oasis, a peaceful stopover nestled deep in the desert sands. Spend the day hiking scenic trails, exploring the surrounding protected wilderness, and swimming in secluded desert hot springs. Choose between another night beneath the starry desert sky or the quiet comfort of an oasis lodge.
Day 6
The Great Sand Sea & Return to Siwa
Trace your path back toward Siwa to experience the vast expanse of the Great Sand Sea. Experience the thrill of navigating high dunes in your 4x4 and learn about the ancient foggara underground irrigation channels that keep the oasis alive. Day 7
Farewell to the Sahara
