Conditions of sale

Registration and payment:

Online registration: For some trips, you can register directly on our website. A deposit of 35% (or the full amount if the departure is less than 30 days away) will be required upon registration.

Quote confirmation: You can also confirm your registration via our website, by email, or by contacting one of our Luxorient advisors (see contact us section). A 35% deposit is required (or the full amount if departure is less than 30 days away).

Travel balance: The travel balance is due no later than 30 days before departure and can be paid by bank transfer or check.

Important information:

Fare Validity: The fares offered are valid for 15 days and apply only to the requested travel dates
(unless otherwise stated). If your travel dates exceed this validity period or are changed, please
contact us to reconfirm the fares.

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are on request and subject to availability. No booking is
guaranteed without confirmation, so we recommend confirming as soon as possible.

Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Luxorient reserves the
right to modify travel programs. We undertake to offer you suitable alternatives if necessary.

Payments and deposits:

INDIVIDUAL payment (FIT):

  • 45 days before arrival: deposit of 35% of the total invoice amount
  • 30 days before arrival: balance of the total invoice amount
  • GROUP payment: 45 days before arrival: deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount

  • 30 days before arrival: balance of the total invoice amount

Cancellation conditions:
  • INDIVIDUAL (FIT): (Subject to change)
  • 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the trip price
  • 14 to 9 days before arrival: 75% of the trip price
  • 8 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the travel price
  • GROUP: (Subject to change)
  • 44 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the trip price
  • 30 to 15 days before arrival: 80% of the trip price
  • 14 to 0 days before arrival: 95% of the travel price

In partnership with Dhofar Insurance, we offer two travel insurance packages to guarantee you
absolute peace of mind:

Serenity Insurance: Comprehensive insurance that covers cancellation, medical assistance and
repatriation, as well as quarantine costs related to the pandemic.

Bank Card Serenity Insurance: Additional insurance that enhances the guarantees of your bank
card (Visa Premier, Gold Mastercard, Infinite, Amex, Platinium).
